Easy Fried Rice: An Incredible Ultimate Recipe That Anyone Can Master

Ingredients

– 4 cups cooked rice (preferably day-old)
– 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
– 2 large eggs, beaten
– 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
– 4 green onions, chopped
– 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
– 1 teaspoon sesame oil
– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Creating Easy Fried Rice is simple when you follow these structured steps:

1. Prepare the Rice: If you don’t have day-old rice, cook the rice and let it cool. Spread it out on a plate to cool quickly.
2. Heat the Oil: In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
3. Scramble Eggs: Add beaten eggs to the skillet and scramble them until fully cooked. Remove them and set aside.
4. Sauté Vegetables: In the same skillet, add a little more oil if necessary. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds. Then, add the mixed vegetables and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
5. Combine Rice: Add the cooked rice to the skillet. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the rice is heated through.
6. Season: Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), and sesame oil. Mix thoroughly to coat the rice evenly.
7. Add Eggs & Green Onions: Return the scrambled eggs to the skillet, and add the chopped green onions. Stir to combine.
8. Taste & Adjust: Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed. Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
9. Serve: Once everything is heated through and well mixed, remove from heat and serve hot.
